For this reason, I ended up experimenting with different recipes and flavors to create diverse textures and layers in my cheesecake and finally ended up creating the perfect sugar-free chocolate carmel cheesecake.

Sugar-Free Chocolate carmel Cheesecake Recipe

This recipe was originally a chocolate carmel cheese cake recipe, which I followed for baking on holidays and special occasions. I however, experimented with the chocolate flavor and the idea of it being completely sugar free. To do so, I used the Stevia Liquid Extract by Protocol for Life Balance, and it was the reason behind achieving this perfect flavor.
Stevia is natural and herbal. It doesn’t affect anyone’s blood sugar levels, nor does it leave a bad and bitter aftertaste in your mouth.
You simply need to add 3-4 drops of the Stevia Liquid Extract to achieve a perfect balance of sweetness in your desert. · Stevia Liquid Extract – 3-4 drops for sweetening
· Sugar free White or Milk Chocolate – 250 grams
· Heavy cream – 1 cup
· Cream cheese – 1 cup
· Pre-prepared store bought carmel sauce
· Pinch of salt
You will need a high-walled tart pan, which has a removable bottom. This will allow for proper presentation of the cheesecake and ease of serving it. You need to spread the crumbs for the base all over the bottom of the pan, covering each space carefully. No space should be left in between. Bake this crust for 5 minutes at 250 degrees in a preheated oven. After so, when the crust is hardened, take out the pan and let it reach room temperature. Until then, prepare the cheesecake batter.
For the Chocolate Layer
This will be poured on top of the prepared crust. You need to mix the melted chocolate of your choice with the cream cheese, heavy cream and Stevia Liquid Extract. Beat it up properly until it is fluffy. Pour this onto the crust.
For the carmel Layer
Simply take out the store bought carmel sauce onto a pan and warm it until it starts to bubble up and melts. Add a pinch of salt to this, so that the flavor is not too overpowering. Pour this mixture over the chocolate layer. Leave the cheesecake overnight in the fridge and have a perfect cheesecake ready the next day!
